Brief psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families

Overcome challenges

in a practical way

Are you going through a difficult time?

Many people contact a therapist after trying to deal with a difficulty on their own for some time.

Do you feel anxious, distressed, stuck in a situation that is beyond your control, or suffering in your relationships? Are you regularly plagued by the same thoughts, overwhelmed by your emotions, or do you feel trapped in a behavior trapped that is actually harming you?

Perhaps you have already tried to understand, analyze, change certain things… without actually managing to improve the situation.

I offer you a space to be heard, a space for exchange and clarification, to help you bring movement back where everything seemed frozen.

At any age, Brief Therapy can help :

  • Relieve emotional distress (stress, anxiety, sadness, anger)

  • Manage a relationship problem (marital, family, social, school, professional)

  • Get through a difficult time (bereavement, separation, post-partum, employment)

  • Restore sleep (difficulty falling asleep, insomnia)

  • Regain self-confidence (self-doubt, imposter syndrome)

  • Overcome existential distress (self-loathing, depression)

  • Deal with a behavioral disorder (obsessions, compulsions)

Individul therapy, Couple therapy, Family therapy in Nice

I welcome you to my brief psychotherapy practice in Nice, but also remotely via video call.

Each therapy is unique because it is built for and with you, according to your specific issues and situation.

I offer:

  • individual therapy to adults, adolescents and children facing emotional, relational, or existential difficulties

  • couples therapy to couples experiencing tension, misunderstandings, crises, or periods of questioning

  • family therapy for families wishing to re-establish smoother communication and better relational balance.

Of course, remote therapy is not adapted to children. It can be suitable for a teenager, but ideally I prefer to meet in person first.

An interactive approach to therapy

As you may already be aware, understanding why a problem exists doesn't always help solving it. For things to change, it's not enough to think differently—you have to act differently.

The therapies I offer are action-oriented. The focus is not only on understanding the difficulty, but also on helping you move towards change.

My therapies combine Palo Alto's Systemic and Strategic Approach, Hypnosis, as well as other tools like NLP, Emotional Regulation, and Narrative Therapy.

Sessions are conversational and interactive. Together, we explore new perspectives and develop solutions that you can put into practice in your daily life..

Alone, as a couple or a family, it generally takes 5 to 10 sessions to unblock a difficult situation. However, therapy can always be extended at your request if you wish to address further subjects.

I do not determine the number of sessions in advance because I do not use a ready-made protocol, and some people progress more quickly than others.

In my office in Nice, or online by video call, sessions usually take place every two weeks, and are spaced out when things improve.

Who I am

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a client manager in a strategic communications and public relations consulting agency in Paris. After experiencing burnout, I decided to change direction and dedicate my work to therapeutic support.

I chose brief therapy because of its pragmatic focus on current difficulties and helping people actually move towards change.

I work with individuals, couples and families, offering a supportive and practical space to explore difficulties and find new ways forward.

My practice is in Nice, where I have moved a couple of years ago, but I also offer consultations online

I specialise in brief psychotherapy based on a systemic, integrative and empathic approach with active listening, careful exploration of each situation, and an interactive process focused on change.

I completed a four-year clinical training in systemic and strategic brief therapy at the Institut Gregory Bateson, in connection with the Mental Research Institute in Palo Alto. I also trained in psychiatry and strategic brief therapy at the Centro di Terapia Strategica in Arezzo with Giorgio Nardone.

My background also includes training in Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), emotional regulation (TIPI), and complementary studies in psychopathology and neuroscience. I have also completed additional training in hypnosis with Uncommon Knowledge in the UK, including Uncommon Psychotherapy and the Rewind Technique for Phobias and PTSD.

I have also followed the coaching programme Creating Lasting Change with Tony Robbins.

Training and approach

Take the first step and contact me

It can be intimidating to start therapy.

It is normal to hesitate at the last minute and wonder if you really need help, or whether you should go on trying to manage on your own.

The aim of the first session is to get to know each other, explore your difficulties from a new perspective, and see whether we can work together. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.

You are welcome to contact me even if you are just curious or unsure whether therapy is right for you.

If you feel that this approach could be helpful for you, if you still have questions, or if you would like to schedule a first session, feel free to call me.
